In the last few days, I've had pause to think about commitment. Of course, I value commitment and along with that comes accountability and responsibility. However, I've also had pause to think about being over-committed.
As we approach Christmas and the new year, we can do a mental refresh. Looking forward to 2023 and being a lover of a plan, I've taken stock of where my commitments lie and how well we are serving each other.
Is it time to cut back? Is it time to do more? What is the best use of my time in order to make my life truly home centred?
You could ask yourself the same type of questions. What does your 2023 diary look like already?
